If you enter a name or date of birth into a search tool, the query goes to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and returns results. We do not keep or log the search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission is retained so a reply can be sent. It remains with the people handling the request and is not shared outside the organization unless law requires disclosure.

This website does not host, compile, or sell warrant lists, case files, or person-level warrant records. It describes the Richmond City public case search, the courts that keep case files, and the Police, Sheriff, and Magistrate roles. No complete public active-warrant roster was located. Visitor information collected here is not assembled into a consumer report or a dossier about another person, and the site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. A query you submit is handled under that provider's privacy policy. Each provider sets its own retention and sharing practices, which we do not control. Review those terms before entering information.
